From Marrakech
From the airport, turn left after leaving the parking (just after the parking toll). At the first roundabout, turn right towards Guemassa, then follow the road for + – 4 km. After 4 km there is a crossroads with gas pump “TOTAL” (on the right) and a GSM antenna, at this crossroads you turn right and follow the road for + – 5km (until the 1st traffic light) . At this traffic light, turn left and pass by the supermarket “Marjane” on your right (you are on the right road), it is all right until Essaouira. Here are some references: after + -40km a cementery on your right, after + – 64 km (from Marrakech) the city of Chichaoua, after + – 140 km (from Marrakech) the city of Ounara. In Ounara, you pass a large roundabout, after the roundabout, you will have a Café Resto painted in blue on your left. From there, you drive + – 4km towards Essaouira. After 4 km, turn left at the roundabout direction of Agadir. You will pass the “Dar Kenavo” on the right side. Drive yet 1.5km you will find a road on the left. Take this road, drive 2.5km, you will find, on your left, a school with a multicolored wall, in front of the school, to the right of the road, you will find a track and a wrought iron sign indicating “BAB ESSAOUIRA”, take this track, drive 700m following the arrows.
You will see a sign “BAB IDA BELLA”, turn right and you will find the entrance to the 2 houses.
For the houses BAB CHOUIA, BAB SMALLA and BABAROUF continue to follow the track, drive 120 m, then turn right following the arrow:
– For BABAROUF drive 70m, the entrance is on your right
– For BAB SMALLA drive another 90 m, the entrance is on your right.
– For BAB CHOUIA drive 110 m, the entrance is on your right.
Coming from Essaouira
Drive direction Agadir and the airport. Drive 10 km to the new town of Essaouira (Ghazoua). At the exit of Ghazoua, you arrive at a large roundabout, take the direction of Marrakech/Casablanca. Drive 4 km, you will find on your right the road leading to IDA OUGOURD, take this road, drive 2,5km, you will find, on your left, a school with a multicolored wall, in front of the school, to the right of the road, you will find a track and a wrought iron sign indicating “BAB ESSAOUIRA”, take this track, drive 700m following the arrows.
You will see a sign “BAB IDA BELLA”, turn right and you will find the entrance to the 2 houses.
For the houses BAB CHOUIA, BAB SMALLA and BABAROUF continue to follow the track, drive 120 m, then turn right following the arrow:

Coming from Essaouira airport
At the exit of the parking, you turn right, to follow the road until the crossing (T) by the main road. At the crossing, turn right direction Essaouira, drive 4 km to Ghazoua-El Jadida. Arrived in Ghazoua-El Jadida, there is a traffic circle, take the first exit, direction of Marrakech. Drive 4 km you will find a road on the right. Take this road, drive 2.5km, you will find, on your left, a school with a multicolored wall, in front of the school, to the right of the road, you will find a track and a wrought iron sign indicating “BAB ESSAOUIRA”, take this track, drive 700m following the arrows.
